WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL.
Electricity, Gas, Air conditioning, Cable TV, Security Safe, Local and International calls and Internet connection, house security alarm, all towells and bedding, pool service, grass and garden maintenance, services of Debbie & Kevin.
A $300 / £200 refundable security deposit is required.
