Low Season - Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Nov, Dec - £500.00
Mid Season - May, June, Sep, Oct - £550.00
High Season - July, August, October Half Term - £595.00
Peak Season - Easter, Christmas - £645.00
An initial deposit of £100.00 per week is required.
Pool heating is charged as an optional extra.
A cleaning fee applies for stays of 6 nights or less.
Prices are per Villa. Not per person !!
We can accept payment by credit card or PayPal.
Balance due 8 weeks before arrival date.

We can offer additional services such as a welcome food pack, airport collection and drop off. Please ask if you have any special requirements.
There is a $300 / £200 refundable security deposit. This will be returned to you after management departure check of our home is completed.Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, pool service, grass and garden maintenance and the services of Debbie and Kevin.
