Enter the front door into the Living Room / Dining Room & the door to your right leads into the En Suite Master Bedroom.
Through the Breakfast Nook takes you in to another spacious living area, the Great Room. To your left as you go through the Breakfast Nook is the spacious open plan Kitchen and Breakfast Bar. To the left is a door leading to Bedrooms 3 and 4.
Top left in the Great Room is a door leading to the En suite Guest Bedroom. At the back of the Kitchen is a door leading to the Laundry Room and from there to the Games Room. Back in to the Living Room and the glass door takes you out to the Lania and from there to the Spacious Pool Deck and Oversize Pool.
You will notice that the pool on the plan is the standard pool. If you compare this with the pool photographs you will see it is has been specially built larger than the standard design !!
