Furnished to create an executive villa with two luxurious lounge areas, spacious kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, 4 bedrooms, two ensuite, all with TV's, 3 bathrooms and a south facing, secluded oversize pool with large sun deck and a bathroom adjoining the pool area.
Our home has tiled floors in the Kitchen, Bathrooms and Laundry room.
The rest is fully carpeted for your added comfort.
It is not, like many homes, all tiled floors.
You will appreciate the difference.
We are covered with a full security alarm system.
We are located in a woodland conservation area which the oversize swimming pool overlooks, making it very private & tranquil at Tuscan Ridge on US27. A Countryside retreat that is only 15 minutes away from the theme parks.
We are only 15 minutes from 'Disney World', a short distance from 'Sea World Orlando'and 'Universal Studios' plus all the other numerous attractions.
Swim with dolphins at 'Discovery Cove' right next door to 'Sea World Orlando'.
If you are a golf person, there are lots of golf courses in the area.
Tampa Bay, Busch Gardens, Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are all less than 1 hour away.
