The first question is. What is the most important thing to you that makes your Holiday / Vacation a happy event ?
The answer is different things to different people.
But one priority that is always near the top is your Villa.
Like many home owners we live many miles away with periodic visits throughout the year.
So the second question is. How can we ensure that your home is everything you expected and more on your arrival ?
There are thousands of companies in Florida who will offer, for a fee, to undertake the management of a homeowners Villa. Unfortunately a lot are only interested in the fee part.
We know many home owners who have beautiful villas, good websites and a genuine desire to please their guests but who are badly let down by the lack of commitment on the part of their Villa management company.
These companies usually sub contract all duties to third parties, pay them as little as possible and as a result get bad service and never visit the Villa in person And the people who suffer are the guests.
After hearing many horror stories we concluded that getting the right people to manage our home was the most important and vital decision we had to make above all other considerations.
The good news is we found two gems in Debbie & Kevin Bendall who look after our home & guests from start to finish. No sub contractors. Always available if needed.
Pool, gardens, maintenance, cleaning they do the lot.
Our guests tell us what lovely obliging people they are and we know we have had many re bookings because of them.
We have total confidence in leaving our home in their hands. They really do put a shine on our home.
